Read the labels on acne medications....msot are salicylic acid, 2%. Well, salicylic acid is used in acne treatments and dandruff treatments in low dosage (2% average). Well salicylic acid is used in wart removals, at around 20%. So if you have a huge pimple that you want to get rid of, try using some wart removal to get that sucker out. I have yet to try my theory but it should work, not as prevention, but to get rid of pre-existing ones.
