I always shower after I work out, which tends to be some random point in the afternoon after work/errands/stuff. Sometimes I will shower in the night or morning, so it can average from 1/2 to 2 showers a day.
2 things to note..showering more than twice a day is bad for you. It will dry it your skin fairly quickly. Second thing, for your hair, it's bad for you to wash it even once a day. It's far better to clean it every 2nd day or so, even every 3rd. The only reason you should be doing it daily is if you put an incredible amount of product in your hair. Otherwise it irritates the follicles and messes up the sebum levels of your scalp.
