Problem is that it is a 50 pin and the computer it is supposed to go into is a 40 pin.

Is there any way I could get ahold of something that would make this possible? I know I am showing glowing ignorance here, but I am completely stumped. I have done googles and ebay searches for scsi adapter/converter stuff and I am not coming up with anything that I think would work. Is there something I am missing or am I just screwed on this one?

Thanks in advance
You need to get an SCSI card, I have an Adaptec 2940 that has 50 and 68 pin connections. They can be found used on e-bay fairly reasonable, but you do need to read up on SCSI protocols; it isn't like any of the conventional methods of cableing; it's also WAY too involved to go into here; tell you what, y' wanna sell it?
