After spending a day fighting with a dead motherboard, I have come to the conclusion that the only way to save my sanity is just to get a new board and be done with it (long story).

Current CPU is an AMD XP1600. Already have a GeForce TI4200 for the video card.

Should my my new board use the Nforce2 or KT333 (or Kt400) chipset? It looks like the Nforce2 has better performance across the board, and, if I get a board without onboard video, I won't be wasting money since I already have the (superior) TI4200.
