Egg Sandwich:
1 English muffin, cut in half and toasted
butter or mayo
4 slices salami
2 Poached eggs
Pretty self explanatory. Toast the muffins, spread on some butter or mayo, put on 2 slices of salami on each, and top with a poached egg on each.
Poaching eggs: Bring a poaching pot of water to boil, crack and pour the eggs into the egg cups, turn the heat down to low, and cook covered for 6 minutes or until the whites are no longer runny.
It's delicious!
