About every four weeks I buy a 12oz Tobasco, 2-5oz Chipolte and 2-2oz Jalepeno bottles.   Last Christmas I got a sampler pack of 
Dave's Gourmet Sauce , which was (past tense) real good too.
But I smother everything in Tobasco, I think Chipolte is my fav though, love that smokey taste.  It's the only real seasoning I use when cookingn for myself.
