just wondering in what cases this button should be used...

but what about things like where someone posts in the wrong forum or other less 'urgent' things...
do i just ignore it because i kno our hard-working mods will get to it eventually, (more sooner than later, as they seem to be pretty on top of things) or does it make their life any easier if i use that feature in such cases?

or like another case where i've considered using it, is when i see a 'where'd the TB go' post or something...
