just wondering in what cases this button should be used...

it says -

but what about things like where someone posts in the wrong forum or other less 'urgent' things...

do i just ignore it because i kno our hard-working mods will get to it eventually, (more sooner than later, as they seem to be pretty on top of things) or does it make their life any easier if i use that feature in such cases?

or like another case where i've considered using it, is when i see a 'where'd the TB go' post or something...

Personally, I like it to be used for wrong form things as well. It makes it easier to keep the place clean.

I think it should be changed to say "Use this to report anything that requires the attention of a moderator"

All that stuff listed, wrong forum, "where's my porn?" and anything like that.

The alternative is to ask a mod in chat for help.

If something needs the attention of a mod, then definitely use the report link.

And don't worry about the chat room, everyone is friendly in there so there's no reason to be shy.
