This cd is great in small doses. It's not that the songs are bad--it's just that after about 5 in a row, I'm either sleepy or suicidal. I understand that he has depth and range and, I believe, he was just coming off of a relationship break-up....however I still prefer his funkier side.
Good....just not great.
