Varies from week to week, but for the most part, I work Wednesday to Sunday, 9:30-5:30. With the occasional 6-2 shift thrown in for good measure.
My work day consists of cooking meals for 300-500 homeless or nearly homeless people, making stuff like 25 gallons of chili or roasting 6 turkeys. On the weekends I have time to cook fancier stuff for the staff and volunteers though, which I love doing.
My days off are spent catching up on boring stuff like sleep, laundry, tfp (not boring, but you all know I spend time here).
