I feel awkward talking dirty. I don't really talk dirty on a regular basis, so starting it up just in bed is kind of a weird thing for me, personally. My girlfriend has less of a problem with it, she can be pretty aggressive when she's, ah, riled up. =)
Mostly though it's moaning and, as someone else put it, talking religion. hehe
