Nope. It ain't worth it - while the various chemical methods (steroids, HGH, etc) of gaining muscle would no doubt malke me bigger, it's not worth it for me.
I'm never going to be Mr Olympia, so why risk years of my life?

What do you know about them? Do most of the 'scary' sideeffects that people say, true? Or are the most of them very rare?

Depends on the scary side effects we're talking about. Angel dust like roid rage doesn't, that I'm aware, exist. Milder side effects - like gradual damage to the heart and liver, feminising, and so on - does to a degree which varies with use and the individual.

Steroids do nothing for you on their own. You still have to work out. They can increase what you get from working out, but sitting on your arse all day and taking steroids will get you nowhere.
As I say above, the caclulation for me is simple; steroids will, to a lesser or greater extent, cause you problems in the long term. If you think the extra muscle they can buy is worth risking years off your life span, perhaps they're worthwhile.
Chances are, though, it's not a deal worth making.
