Basically echoing what others have said, but: cut back on aerobic exercise. There's a reason bodybuilders don't warm up by running to the gym; you simply won't gain weight if you're telling your body you want to run.
And don't underestimate the amount you may need to eat. The biggest (muscular) man I've ever met was when I was training at a gym in England. His arms were bigger than his head, and he'd been training for 10 years, solid. His after-gym, before bed snack was half a chicken and three cans of tuna.
