 Well, I suppose it depends on your definition of truth, but in a way electrical signals can be more true than any words (including the word 'truth'). In fact the very fact that you could use a computer to enter that post proves it. Computers are based on the truth or untruth of electrical signals. When you type, your computer is doing seriously complex versions of:
true,true,untrue,true...etc. 
I'm not saying this proves materialism, I'm just saying it doesn't disprove it, either.
