Rogue and Storm were in X-Treme X-Men.
Actually, Magneto was merely injured by Wolverine. In the issue where the Super-Sentinels destroyed Genosha, Magneto was in a wheelchair looking upward as a Sentinel descended on his building before killing him.
Before he died, Magneto imprinted the last words of every mutant who died onto a black box that will forever play all of those last words, so that their thoughts and memories will forever transmit into space, and everyone will then hear and hence never forget what happened to Genosha. Interesting little bit of Greek philosophy (immortality through repeated words) thrown in there.
