I prefer KDE. Can't give any specific reasons really though. It just FEELS better to me and more responsive.
the philosophies behind Gnome and KD are very different too - KDE gives more choice as far as customizing, and I like that a lot.
I have Gnome installed so I can try it every now and then when updates come, just haven't ever been impressed enough to switch.
