I worry, too. Does regret after the fact count as "no"? And geez - once you've gotten on the train it's kind of hard to put on the breaks. I can see where they'd want to protect people who changed their mind in the middle of the act, but this seems like it would just muddy the waters. It's already very difficult to prove consent/lack of consent when it's a he-said-she-said situation.
