Well I'm not in the US, but I'm going to have my say anyway. :P

I played for a while when it was free, and found the game incredibly boring. What made Diablo 2 fun for me was finding new items and getting new skills. RO is basically Diablo 2 where it takes forever and a day for either of the above to happen, and even then most of the skills and items aren't very interesting.

Still it has one thing going for it: it's not quite as bad as Dungeon Siege.
