Mtdewrock, please tell us about the situation? If you she was on birth control, why did she need to take the morning after pill?
The morning after pill is loaded (more or less) with the same hormones that are in regular BC pills. The reason birth control pills have a couple days worth of placebos at the end of the month is to let the hormone levels drop enough for women to get their periods. If you skip the placebos and go straight into the next months pills, most women won't get their periods. I bet that she was starting to get hers, and the huge hormone levels in the morning after pill (compared to regular BC pills) caused a little wierdness.
Also, I think the morning after pill(s) can be taken up to two days later, but I am not sure.
