Mael, that's not exactly the issue here. The question is not about breaking the law, that's pretty obvious.
And I'm gonna go with the general consensus here. Actually, if you're seriously doubting whether it's cheating or not, chances are you already know it is, you're just looking for arguments to validate your behaviour and looking for ways to continue without feeling guilty
