Just talked to my dad - the last person still thinking about suing - and he's decided not to do it. I feel so relieved.
We've all agreed that we'd like to contact the driver and make sure that he knows we don't hold it against him. Any suggestions about how to do this? Best to call? Write a letter? We have all of his contact information on the police report.
