Check the Mute of your sound. Sounds stupid but I have caught myself a few times where it was muted from my keyboard. these Multimedia based keyboards are great untill you accidentily hit a webpage when your rendering something or hitting the mute key
. If thats not the prob, try and just reinstall the drivers for your sound card. Also check the device manager it should tell you what the problem is.
