Take stairs instead of elevators and escalators. (This from someone who works on the 13th floor of his building and has been doing it since January.) Walk to the corner store instead of driving there. Anytime you can find a way to stay in motion, rather than let one of today's modern conveniences get you somewhere (and it's reasonable), it'll help you drop pounds.
