Was it an accident, or was the driver in some way wrong? Was he impared or did he violate some law?
I believe that it was Josh's time to go. It seems awfully young, and I know it's hard to accept, but it is God's plan, not ours. If it really was an accident, and the driver just made a mistake, I would let it go.
I'm not shooting from the hip here. I lost my 3 year old son in a drowning accident. I could have sued a lot of people, but I did not. I just let it go, and held onto his memory.
