My favorite types of Sushi rolls are the Dynamite roll (Tempura shrimp), BC Roll (Salmon skin) and Yam roll. My favorite sashimi is definitely salmon. As for sushi...I'd say the Unagi (BBQ eel) is great!
Best part about sushi is actually making it. I've only done that a couple of times but it's a hoot.
