I saw it today, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I really liked all the characters. And Maveric, Tom Sawyer is played by Shane West, and the only other film I can specifically remember him being in was the teen tearjerker A Walk To Remember, with Mandy Moore. Thats about all I know about him, and I, too, was disappointed in his accent, or lack thereof.
Side note: I really hope that a sequel becomes a reality, and if it does, I think it would be a good idea for ol' Huck Finn to show up.
