Exercises: get the cupcake out of your mouth and run around the block a bit.

Diet: If you are having willpower problems, start slowly. For instance, eat one healthy meal a day to start. After you are ok with that, go to two.

No matter what though, always have a splurge day in your week where you eat whatever you want. For me, that day is Sunday. Chinese buffet, baby
