How to get in shape??
I am a 23 year old male, and my physical condition is in my mind below average. I played High school basketball and Baseball alll throughout high school and particiipated in intermural sports in college, However, I seemed to have never been able to shed my "gut" or develope any kind of muslce defination.
Currently, I do not own a home gym and since money is tight for me at the moment I am unable to become a member at our local fitness center. Basically that leaves me without weights or any type of fitness machines to help tone my body.
My diet is very lax and I pretty much eat whatever I want whenever I want. I know I can improve my diet and such, however I am having a hard time getting the willpower to do so. Any suggestions on some tecniques you guys use to help improve your diets and how to avoid the cravings for sweets and junk?
Lastly, Does anyone know of some simple excersies you can do around the house? I currently own an excercise bike that I bought at a garage sale and it is from around the early 80's it seems. Onto my last question, Does anyone know of some good vitamins or pills I could purchase from a vitamin store that are relativly inexpensive, that I could be taking in my hopes of getting in better shape?
