I have to confess, I'm guilty of not paying attention to the different kinds of sushi that I eat - I love them all.
I always go to sushi trains and just grab whatever looks nice off the conveyor. I should probably pay more attention to the written menu.
I do like watching a good sushi chef work though, those guys are amazing.
