Just Us

He walks into the room,
And my eyes are drawn to him.

Brown eyes clash with blue.
The attraction is there, blazing.

We walk toward each other,
Meeting in the middle.

Everything seems to fade.
Noise dissipates into a low hum.

All we see is each other.
People disappear.

All there is, is us.
In a crowded, noisy party.
