I'd say don't just jump into it because you're both horny. Talk about what you expect - takes some of the spontaneity out of it, but might also save you some regrets. Make sure one of you doesn't expect horny sex to turn into a relationship if that's not what both of you want. Talk about safety, blah blah blah.
