really? news to me...
anyway, not a whole lot about what IS in longhorn is public yet as the OS is a good 1.5 years away (sans delays). What is new is the above mentioned Sidebar with the overgrown clock. And it is supposed to have a new file system that would be alot like BFS (database like, this is cool), but it appears it will not be a new FS instaed a layer on top of NTFS. (random story I saw on slashdot a few weeks back).
So like .NET and other things, just wait for a finished product (or at least coming close).
