I go to the gym for a hour and a half every morning. Its like my cup of coffee that wakes me up. I do 30 minutes of cardio, and 30 minutes of weights. The last half hour is showering and getting ready for work.
On the weekends, if the weather is nice i take my bike out.
I eat healthy at work with fruits and veggie. But sometimes that Whopper w/cheese is calling.
I liked yoga, theres just not enough time for me.
