Almost as soon as anything becomes popular, it's not the artist deciding what they play, but the listeners, and since there's a whole shitload of new listeners, the music and artist become corrupted in a sence and then they just plain suck shit. It's true - I wont listen to anyone once they become popular. Why? because the new fans will drag the name to the ground and I don't want to listen to any of that shit anymore.
