She's young (I am guessing)... your feeling that she is looking to rebel might be genuine.
I'd say hang out and see where it goes.
Just be prepared for heartbreak because the chances of it happening, even if she breaks from the JWs, is great... But hell, the chance of heartbreak is there with EVERY relationship.
