About the SEC/ACC league:

1) This league has been running for two years. We need one expansion owner for 2004. There is no cost to be the last (#12) owner for 2003, but we will just include you in emails and transactions so you can get a feel for the league.

2) As an expansion team, your team WILL be at a disadvantage even after the expansion draft and having the first pick in the next year's draft. Please take that into consideration. The established owners will not completely sacrifice their teams to stock the new guys. You'll have to earn your standings.
