whys that?
a house is a building out of materials such as concrete, bircks, wood etc all quantifiable.
a home is built by family relations (or the people you share the house with), memories etc all qualitative
basically there is this pattern, or notation that you can only buy tangible, quantitaive things (hence a price tag to value it) but it can't buy other intangible, qualitative and abstract things. All those mastercard adds use this idea. If something is priceless, then it can't be bought by money.
