Make her bring really nice clothes. Go to the hotel, change into a suit and tie, and then take her out to a nice dinner and a play (like Les Mis) and then go back to the hotel for....champagne and strawberries.
Just make sure that it doesn't 'feel' like you are going to the hotel to fuck, even if you both know that's part of the plan.
