Start and finish a really insanely complicated piece of art. Use whatever medium suits you. Just make it large, or complex, or large AND complex.

or

Rent/buy/borrow potters wheel and learn to throw. Spend a few hours every day on the wheel. At the end of the month your have a lot of cool stuff AND a new skill.
