if all the hygenic suggestions fail, might i suggest a shave... or at least a close cropping with an electric trimmer... of the hair on the labia.
hair collects and retains those microscopic things that might smell funky.... like armpits for instance. as a bonus, she'll have increased sensitivity. try to be delicate in making the suggestion, some ladies take great offense at being asked to trim up their downunders. offering to trim (or let her trim) your own jungle is a good way to get it to happen.
as dr evil says, a freshly shaved scrotum can be quite breathtaking.
