The best way and only GUARANTEED way to lose weight is to ear right and exercise. You don't have to train for an Ironman or anything, but ya gotta get out there and do something.
Eating right is key also, don't focus on some fad diet or supplement. Just eat fruit, vegetables, meat in moderation, some carbs for cardio fuel and bam.. weight will start dropping.
These fad diets are just that fads to pad the pockets of those that create them.
Most of those supplements only increase your heart rate like a few cups of coffee will do, but they do it more so. Not worth the health risk.
