Wow! That steak recipe sounds great. I'm definitely going to try that one. I love grilling and eating grilled food. I'm especially thrilled when I can turn a "budget" cut of meat into something delicious. I don't suppose I can get around the fresh ginger. 1/2 cup would probably be more than one of those roots I've seen in the produce section.
