Wow, I am just not flexible enough to pull that one off easily, but what a stretch in the hamstrings! I incorporate push-ups at the end of my chest workout. Its a great way to get just a little more burn out of a good workout. Also, push-ups are a great for when a gym is just not around. For those who are too uncomfortable to go to a gym, I recommed starting out doing 3 or 4 sets of push-ups everyday, you'd be surprised how much of a difference they can make.
