Hey guys.... Thanks for replying to my questions... I recently got my truck back from the shop. The problem again was a shutter between 1st and 2nd gear. They replaced the speed sensor in the transmittion. DIDNT help at all! I sent off all the required paper work to the BBB and hopefully I will hear something back next week.
" Just to let you know, I went online to the bbb's website and filled out their Lemon forum and 2 days later GM's legal correspondants called me! I thought that was pretty clever! So when in doubt just go to the BBB's website and they will get things moving! Oh and I recieved a packed instructing me on what I had to do within 1 week from BBB as well.. "
