This one's a tough one.
The route i would pick would be to be friends with her, good friends and steadily get to know how much she actually feels for 'the house' or whatever it's called.
Then at a later point in time, it something between you is a reality, you're going to have to make the choice of becomming a Jehovas Vitness, or she leaving them - either way it will be crippeling for one of you, but the way i see it, is that you're going to have to wait for quite some time and see how things develop. The choice is hard to make when you're not as deeply involved as you would have to be if you wish to make the choice.
