yeah, wolf is dirty and is slower in ARs. Its great for AKs but AKs eat anything anyways.
Two of my ARs jam in 30rds or less with a stuck case, guaranteed.
My other ARs shoot only brass NATO.
However, my buddy has a rock river that eats wolf all day long. go figure.
I would use it to plink wtih but not for zombie or defense.
My 5.45 S&W upper eats surplus ammo all day long, I am thinking it IS something to do with the US rifle beign designed for brass cases, because my US rifle designed for the 5.45 steel case also performs just fine.
The stuck cases in my ARs rendered them useless in the CA desert while out shooting, and not having a cleaning rod made them clubs. This is why ever since, I always carry the small GI cleaning rod section kit, while it eats bores and barrels if you use it too much, its a great tool to punch out stuck cases.
I may be moving to OH, NY or CA soon so we will see where I wind up, perhaps closer to some of youz. Need a blastin' buddy!
