Thank You, Lord Eden! Chef Pants ... I straightway googled eBay to check them out and they are just what I need for an immanent holiday ... it will be semi formal with a bit of walking. Jeans would be too constricting.
OK ... and my answer to the topic: Jeans and black t shirt. I might wear a black cashmere jacket, depending on the client's expectations. When presenting or performing, then the cashmere jacket will be on at the beginning and the end, but I try to lose it most of the time, except when it is cold. Even then, I prefer to just have a silk shirt over the t shirt, but tucked in the jeans.
