if it's possible that even one sperm crawls down, in and up her vagina, theres still a 'chance' of a pregnancy. water does not kill sperm by the way.
as far as sperm numbers go, some men produce up to 40-50 million sperms at a time, so the number could be much higher, as are your chances of pregnancy.
when is your girlfriends period due? is she late?
