Every time I order Thai food, it takes a great deal of self-discipline to order something other than Pad Thai. Fried rice noodles, ftw!
I'm also a pretty huge fan of soba noodles. So damn good.
I'm generally a fan of noodles. But it really is all about fried noodles.
