As far as the OP: Why the guilt? Never feel guilty over anything that gives you pleasure, isn't illegal and doesn't cost an arm a leg.
You said it yourself... your vice isn't nearly as bad as illegal drugs or booze. You found yourself a genuine Huey Lewis new drug, brah.
The way substantial post you wrote above shows your thought process. You don't have any illusions about your flavor of sexy time.
